PropOS is software for property management companies in Greece, built for managers whose clients often live abroad.
Every property gets one file that carries the manager's name and logo. The manager's team sends invoices, quotes, documents and updates inside it, and the client sees each one as it happens, with a notification on their phone. A client approves a quote or an invoice with one tap.
Each file has three tabs. Chat keeps every conversation about the property in one place. Vault stores each document next to the conversation it belongs to, so the client sees not only the file but why it was sent and who approved it. Financials shows income, expenses and approved costs that are not yet invoiced, in real time rather than once a month.
Greek documents, such as an ENFIA statement or a lease, come with a summary in English. Messages and document summaries can reach each client in their own language: English, Greek, French, Spanish, Hebrew or Arabic.
PropOS works alongside the manager's existing CRM or accounting software: the CRM runs the office, PropOS is what the client sees. Clients do not need to install anything.
Pricing starts at EUR 3 per property per month, less as the portfolio grows, with no setup fee. The first property is free for 30 days.
