ProPixa is UK property management and lettings software for letting agents and landlords. It covers the whole tenancy: enquiries and applicants, viewings, offers, tenancy setup, rent and arrears, repairs, certificates and compliance. For agencies there is a negotiator desk: an applicant tracker with a chase list, a viewings diary, automatic matching of applicants to properties on their own criteria, and an offers pipeline. Viewing confirmations go out in the agency's own name. Compliance is tracked rather than filed. Gas Safety CP12, EICR, EPC, selective licensing and Right to Rent each carry expiry dates and reminders before they lapse. Rent, arrears, landlord statements and HMRC Making Tax Digital are built in; rent is recorded and reconciled by bank import, and ProPixa does not process payments. Tenants get a free browser login to report repairs and see their documents. Landlord clients see only their own properties, and team members get permissions area by area.
