PropertyDesk is cloud-based property management and accounting software for rental offices in the UAE. It covers landlords, buildings, units, tenants, contracts, post-dated cheques, commission splits, maintenance and legal cases on a double-entry ledger with UAE VAT invoicing. Rent credits the landlord, not the agency's income, the treatment required for money held on an owner's behalf. Journal entries post automatically for cheque clearing, invoice payment and repairs, keeping the ledger current without month-end re-keying. It fills Dubai Land Department Unified Tenancy Contracts as print-ready PDFs, alerts on contract expiry at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days, and tracks each cheque to its due date. Landlords get a passwordless, read-only portal and monthly statements. Also included: eight financial reports, approval workflows, period locking, an audit log, and risk and vacancy dashboards. Bulk CSV import covers six record types. English and Arabic throughout, across all seven emirates.
