Propcore gives an off-plan property developer one place where the inventory lives and everything the sales and marketing team publishes is derived from it. Project and unit data, prices, promotions and availability are maintained once. Propcore then renders project websites and microsites with a live stacking plan, XML feeds for property portals, branded listing images, price lists and promo landing pages, and keeps them in step with every change: a reprice or a sale propagates to every output without manual edits. Reservations are atomic, so a unit cannot be sold twice. An agency portal lets partner brokers see and hold units on the same live data. A read-only API exposes the catalog to AI assistants and to any headless website. Fit: small and mid-sized developers and sales operators, Cyprus and the UAE first, who today coordinate launches through spreadsheets and messengers.
