Archie, its AI analyst, sends a weekly Pursue, Watch or Pass brief. The difference is the scoring. Below-market-value is calibrated against what comparable homes actually sold for, not an area asking-price average, so a genuine discount is distinguishable from an over-priced listing that has had a price cut. Comparables are tiered gold, silver and bronze with price per square foot, and likely flips are flagged. Investors source buy-to-let, HMO, BRRR, flip and serviced-accommodation stock UK-wide. A deal pipeline runs a purchase from enquiry to completion, with calculators for ten strategies.
