Proof of Skill

Proof of Skill is a hiring platform that helps employers shortlist and interview pre-verified candidates without running first-round screening themselves. Every candidate profile on the platform carries multi-layered verification covering identity, education, work history, experience, and demonstrated skill. Instead of relying on self-reported resumes, the platform runs candidates through conversational assessments capturing background, values, and career goals, plus proctored skill tests of two to three hours. Test outputs are evaluated through an expert review workflow built into the platform, producing a permanent, portable certification attached to the candidate's profile — comparable to a credit score, but for professional credentials. Recruiters and hiring teams can search verified profiles, review documented assessment results and work samples, and schedule interviews directly through the platform, removing the screening and shortlisting stages from the hiring cycle.
