Reliable EDI with Responsive, Personal Support

|Promethean Software Service, Inc - Managed EDI Services
What has always stood out to me is the combination of reliability, responsiveness, and personal service. EDI is one of those areas of IT where things simply need to work. When an issue does occur, you need a provider that understands the urgency, knows your environment, and is willing to work with you until the problem is resolved. Promethean has consistently provided that level of support.

Excellent support/very responsive to needs

|Promethean Software Service, Inc - Managed EDI Services
Promethean is quick to respond to required integration changes, mapping changes and other support requests. Recently we needed a non-EDI interface but wanted to leverage part of our EDI integration stream and they quickly developed a solution for us. They have customized a portal for us and provided a downloadable PDF that our business required.
