Great features with friendly interface

|Prokuria
Prokuria is so easy to use that I could create and send out an RFQ before lunch on my first day. When I first started using Prokuria, the only thing worrying me was how complicated it seemed when navigating through other e-sourcing systems - but it turns out all of my worries were for nothing! With Prokuria, it's intuitive because we don't even need any training before implementing or anything like that. All in all, now it takes a lot less time than just going paper-based, which has been great.

Great app fitted to our company needs

Running a successful event is no easy task, but at least with this platform, you can avoid the pitfalls that come with it. The Compare bids and scoring features are now vital because we can't imagine running an event without these functions! I love how different events are all in one place, so there's never any confusion, and it is so easy to go back to an event if needed. A centralized dashboard makes planning much easier on my end of things, especially when creating a timeline or just running through everything at once.

Fast and easy platform enhancing our procurement process

|Prokuria
An easy procurement platform that allows you to get up and running with no training required. Since using Prokuria, what used to take one day per week now is done in less than 1 hour. The centralized event page is impressive. You can find all your events in one place, helping to reduce SPT for some process steps.
