Projexa is practice management software for small and growing architecture and engineering practices. It brings fee budgets, timesheets, invoicing, resourcing and client communication into one system. Practices set a fee for each project and the software works out the hours available and the effective hourly rate. Staff log time on timesheets, including from a phone. Managers approve the hours and issue invoices that include VAT and can be pushed to Xero. A client portal lets clients sign off variations, view invoices and send messages. A resourcing view shows team capacity up to 12 weeks ahead, and a finances view shows what is owed and what is overdue. Project costs such as expenses and supplier costs can be tracked, with mark-up when passed on to the client. Projexa includes an example project and short guides to help new practices get started, and is priced per user per month.
