System administrators have full control of everything you do, while project managers can create and modify projects and access the address book. has code snippets and can respond to email discussions, all centralized in one place There are several contact groups with advanced drag-and-drop functionality to create contact groups to quickly add users to a project. It is very intuitive and does not require almost learning, you can train a person to use it in just a few hours.

I loved that there was no learning curve while using this program. The company made the switch for all PMs to use this and we all got the hang of it almost instantly as the User Interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate.
