How it works
The customer order becomes a sales order with milestones. Purchase orders are sent from the project, goods receipts are recorded when deliveries arrive, and invoices are created from the milestones. Actual, Committed and Planned add up to a forecast result for every project, so you see the variance as soon as it appears, not when the books are closed.
