All-in-one flexible program builder - I really like the ability to build customized leadership coaching programs which contain free-form resources like training videos, docs, and presentations; as well as the option for my team and myself to schedule recurring 1:1 and group leadership sessions; and do pre- and post-program review forms/assessments. 2. Great support - we can contact our dedicated CSM at any time with any questions or concerns and he gets back to us very quickly. Pricing - we get all the functionality we need in one platform which has eliminated the need for over 6 systems and tools we've used previously, including Calendly, Zoom, Quenza, email, Notion, Slack and others.
