We use Productlane to share plans with and get feedback from users. It's a great way to store user feedback and the tight integration with Linear works great and makes our lives easier by reducing duplication.

I love Linear... and ProductLane has extended Linear to include evidence management! The integration is seamless and I've never had any problems with it. I use ProductLane every day. The tool is simple and I can use it with non-technical stakeholders. ProductLane is a straightforward app without a lot of cruft or excess features. I LOVE ProductLane's hotkeys, which match my mental models of Linear well and make my workflow blazing fast. Support has also been very good and responsive.

That it is very intuitive to use and that it integrates well with our remaining tech stack. The fact that it is build on Linear makes to a no-brainer for aligning customer feedback with our product roadmap.
