GuauKit is cloud-based management software for animal care businesses in Spain: veterinary clinics, dog boarding and daycare centres, dog and cat grooming salons, dog trainers, pet sitters and pet shops.
Each service is a module you switch on separately, and all modules share the same client and pet records and the same till. A client who brings their dog to the clinic, leaves it at the boarding kennel and books a grooming session is one client with one invoice. Modules you don't use don't show up in your team's menus or forms.
It includes per-staff scheduling, a client portal for booking requests, history, reports, invoices and document signing, and reminders by WhatsApp, email or SMS. It also covers point of sale with card terminals, inventory, invoicing compliant with VeriFactu and TicketBAI, accounting with Spanish bank statement import (Norma 43) and reporting.
For clinics: SOAP notes, hospitalisation with treatments and vital signs, prescriptions reported to PresVet, the CIMAVet drug database and a controlled substances register. For boarding and daycare: occupancy map, medication schedules, daily owner reports, groups and capacity control. For grooming: coat profiles, cut history and before-and-after photos.
