Pro SST is a management platform for Brazilian occupational health and safety (SST) service providers: occupational medicine clinics, safety consultancies and multi-unit SST groups. It brings sales, operations, finance and customer service into one database. The CRM qualifies leads by CNPJ, CNAE and risk grade and turns approved quotes into digitally signed contracts. Each sale becomes a service order with owner, status and deadline, and each completed order becomes an invoice. Other modules: native finance (recurring billing, NF-e, bank slips and PIX, reconciliation, cash flow, P&L); official WhatsApp Business API (Pro SST is a verified Meta Tech Provider) with multi-agent inbox and an AI agent; SST tools such as occupational exam and ASO validity tracking, digital PPE records, GHE, digital CIPA and NR-1 psychosocial risk assessment; and eSocial integration with A1 digital certificate for SST events S-2210, S-2220 and S-2240.
