pbw.life is appointment software for beauty professionals in the Netherlands who travel to their clients: hairdressers, nail stylists, make-up artists and lash and brow pros, working alone or in a team of up to seven.
Deposits are on by default. When a client books, pbw.life asks for the deposit via iDEAL and the money goes straight to your own Mollie account. You set the policy as a fixed amount or a percentage, and the client accepts your cancellation policy at booking. There is no commission on your bookings, only a flat monthly fee.
The calendar is built for working on the road: travel zones, a travel fee per zone and a day route. Clients book on your own page at pbw.life/your-name in their own language, with seven languages available: Dutch, English, German, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish.
