LightPath Intranet is an enterprise layer for SharePoint Online that replaces default site navigation with branded mega menus, breadcrumbs, announcements, and a no-code admin panel. It is delivered as SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and application customizers that install directly into your Microsoft 365 tenant. There is no separate hosting, no migration, and no content stored outside SharePoint. Organizations use LightPath Intranet when their intranet has good content but employees cannot find it. Navigation is structured and audience-aware, so menus surface the right content by role, department, or group membership. Branding is fully configurable so every site matches corporate identity without custom development for each change. Beyond navigation, LightPath Intranet adds a suite of employee experience web parts: Foundation Search for advanced search and data visualization with templates, filters, and caching. Agentic FAQ Chat, an AI assistant that answers from your FAQ knowledge base using Azure OpenAI and SharePoint search. An AI-enabled people directory that finds colleagues by natural language rather than name and title alone. Greeting, a personalized dashboard built on Microsoft Graph showing meetings, documents, and tasks. Quick links and personal bookmarks that follow users across the intranet. Polls with one-vote-per-user enforcement. Peer recognition feeds. Deployment typically takes days rather than months. Install the solution package, configure navigation, branding, and audience rules in the admin panel, and publish. Non-technical administrators handle ongoing changes without developer time or change tickets. LightPath Intranet is available for commercial Microsoft 365 and for GCC High, with the licensing service and AI components deployed in Azure Government for GCC High tenants. Nothing is stored on vendor infrastructure except the tenant identifier used for license validation.
