Private.Ki is an end-to-end encrypted communication service that combines email, one-to-one and group chat, voice and video calls, notes and encrypted file storage in a single browser-based account.
All content is encrypted on the user's device before transmission, so the provider holds only data it cannot decrypt. This protects client correspondence, contracts, offers and internal records against provider-side access, server breaches and staff error. Mail between Private.Ki accounts is encrypted automatically; mail to external recipients reaches any provider and is encrypted whenever the recipient has a PGP key.
Private.Ki is built for organisations with confidentiality obligations: legal, healthcare, finance, advisory, journalism - and for any business that treats correspondence as confidential by default.
Key capabilities include per-message encryption status, unsend, self-destruct timers, encrypted voice and video calls, encrypted file storage, custom-domain addresses (Plus), two-step verification with security keys or passkeys, Tor availability, and self-service data export and deletion. Deployment requires no installation and no infrastructure: the service runs in any modern browser.
