The willingness of the PrivacyUX to help our team by walking through the granular details of CCPA integration and interpretations of the law were invaluable to help us be compliant. Most of our work we had to do was outside of the CCPA facilitation and more about making sure our systems were ready to gather PII and delete data on request from the user. All other aspects of CCPA felt taken care of. Their secure messaging system for sending encrypted PII data safely was the highlight in their offering for our lawyers perspective. It really secures that communication while validating the recipient before they can gain access to that PII. PrivacyUX's suggestions of how to best comply with CCPA and their ability to engineer adaptations or quick changes we requested to help us in implementation were fantastic. We always checked our final implementations with our legal counsel, but we saved a lot of back and forth with our lawyers using PrivacyUx's industry knowledge. The responsiveness of this company to help was the key to getting our solution deployed in time.
