I really like the communication with PriceOtus support because they answer us super quickly and that is a great surprise. It's amazing to have such responsive customer support. Besides, we really enjoy the service, which is one reason I wanted to make this review. One of the biggest advantages of PriceOtus is the ability to do things automatically that we used to do manually, like finding competitors and monitoring their prices, and real time changing price. This makes everything much quicker, and we need that to stay up-to-date. The real-time price changes of competitors are handled very well by the service. The setup with PriceOtus was very easy, with just a few onboarding steps. The overall user experince of this SaaS is very easy and clear, which is an advantage for us. Loading our items into the service takes just a minute or two. I'm also very satisfied because we use PriceOtus with Shopify for our e-commerce, and they work well together. Lastly, the customer support at PriceOtus is really great, and the initial setup was smooth.
