Estimators, preconstruction managers, and proposal teams use it to review RFPs, quantify plans, price work, and prepare bid documents. The RFP Analysis module reads RFP documents, addenda, and exhibits and identifies requirements, risks, scope gaps, and evaluation criteria. Teams can ask questions about the RFP in plain language and get answers that cite the source page, which helps them make go/no-go bid decisions faster. Prexo's Takeoff Engine reduces manual counting and measuring by performing takeoffs on plan drawings automatically using Agentic AI, and also provides manual drawing tools, giving estimators full control. The Estimation module converts those quantities into material and labor cost estimates, and a What-if Modeler that projects how changes in material prices, labor rates, or project scope affect total cost. The Contract module uses AI to help proposal teams draft proposals faster, using their own company knowledge.
