Reportpost emails your Xero reports on a schedule. Connect Xero with read-only access, pick the reports, the period and who gets them, and Reportpost sends them as PDF, Excel or CSV every week, every two weeks, every month or every quarter, at the hour you choose in your timezone. Reports include Profit and Loss (with comparison columns, or split by tracking category), Balance Sheet, Aged Receivables and Aged Payables summaries, Bank Summary, Trial Balance, Executive Summary and Budget Summary, plus lists of unpaid invoices, invoices raised in the period, draft invoices and unpaid bills. It's built for bookkeepers and accounting practices that send monthly packs to many clients. Each schedule has its own recipients, subject and message, replies go straight to you, and you can preview the PDF or send yourself a test before anything goes out. Figures are pulled fresh from Xero every time it sends.
