Pressia is a management platform for dry cleaners and laundries, built from the daily operation of a real shop in Morocco. Unlike a generic point of sale, it is designed for drop-off rather than retail sale. Every garment is tracked from intake to collection, the pickup date is calculated automatically from the shop's opening days and public holidays, and the customer is notified on WhatsApp the moment the order is ready, through the official WhatsApp Business API and from the shop's own number. It also covers ticket printing, price catalogue, customer history, prepaid plans, pickup and delivery, B2B invoicing, loyalty and referral, staff time tracking and reporting. Garments are identified by barcode or RFID tag. Pressia runs in a browser on ordinary hardware, with a touch-friendly counter interface.
