Managers build each service’s pre-shift briefing on one page, with covers and service flow, VIPs and allergies, 86'd items, menu and wine notes, training and floor plan sections, and send it to the whole team by email before doors open. Preshift AI answers questions from the restaurant’s own uploaded menus, wine lists and service standards, and copies answers straight into the briefing. Each restaurant designs its own layout with custom modules, and each service, from breakfast to late night, gets its own preshift.
