It WORKS. Simply put, our goal of learning a new language is being reached! It's easy to use, very easy to schedule/reschedule, and offers a lot of options. The reporting dashboard is intuitive. Our customer service rep (Laurence) is always available and super friendly. We use it weekly and everyone is super engaged.
