Enquiries from your website form land on a pipeline, and every enquirer stays on file even if they never book. The calendar handles one-on-one, group and sibling lessons, in home, online or at a centre, with a filter per tutor and repeating bookings. Tutors log each lesson, and those logs drive both invoices and tutor pay, so that you're also confident with client relations.
Invoices are priced from your own rate rules and emailed to families, who pay online by card or bank direct debit through your own Stripe account; paid invoices mark themselves paid. Tutor pay builds up as a live balance per tutor and goes out as one bank file. Families and tutors get lesson reminders by email, with a link to cancel, and by text with the texting add-on. Recruitment covers applications, interviews, onboarding forms, contracts and each tutor’s Working With Children Check result. Office staff get their own login but their powers and visibility of business metrics are limited.
