Preppr — The Complete Exercise Platform for Emergency Management & Business Continuity
Design. Deliver. Document. From scenario to AAR — one platform. Your expertise. No busy work. No overtime.
Documents don't mean you're prepared. Adding AI to them won't fix that. Preppr captures your real complexity and puts it to work — so every exercise you design and run makes your system better.
The full exercise lifecycle, in one place:
Assess. Preppr structures everything you share — plans, intelligence, stakeholder input, exercise findings, spatial context — into a living knowledge graph. Documents link to capabilities. Capabilities link to gaps. Gaps link to exercises. It compounds with every cycle. This is preparedness intelligence, not document chat.
Engage. Gather input from the people who know your system best, through guided multilingual interviews at any scale — synthesized into intelligence you can actually use.
Design. Build professional tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercises grounded in your documents, your intelligence, and your gaps. Not generic scenarios — yours.
Exercise. Facilitate remote and in-person sessions while Preppr coordinates injects, captures decisions, and synthesizes the report-out in real time. You lead the conversation. Preppr handles the delivery.
Improve. Themes extracted. Vulnerabilities identified. Improvement steps generated. Outcomes feed back into your knowledge layer — so every cycle makes the next one smarter.
Built for the teams who actually do this work. Emergency management. Business continuity. Healthcare systems and coalitions. Public health and public sector. Critical infrastructure. Higher education.
Trusted by practitioners. From single-person county EM programs to state public health departments to cancer center IT-DR teams to private-sector resilience leads — Preppr is the platform people reach for when they're tired of doing exercise design the hard way.
You don't need another AI chatbot reading your docs. You need a preparedness workspace that compounds. That's Preppr.
