PreciQA ERP is a cloud ERP built inside a working metal workshop for small and mid-size manufacturers. One system covers inventory, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, the shop floor, quality control, maintenance and HR - and every company switches on only the modules it needs. A sales order sets the whole workshop in motion: the customer accepts the quote in their own portal, multi-level bills of materials are exploded into manufacture orders, laser parts are grouped by sheet, and the planning board puts every operation on its machine by priority and due date. Button boxes at the stations count finished pieces live. Quality is built in: inspections compare every measured value with its tolerance, rejected pieces open a non-conformity, and CAPA cases go through containment, 5 whys, actions and automatic verification, with an 8D report. Maintenance plans by days or machine hours, and HR covers check-in, timesheets and payroll. Move in from inFlow, Excel or CSV in an afternoon, sync Shopify and WooCommerce, export UBL / Peppol e-invoices and connect any system through the REST API.
