Practor is practice management software for private practices in South Africa. It helps teams keep their diary, patient records, invoices and medical scheme claims - all in one place. It's free for everyone in the practice: practitioners, reception, billing staff and the practice manager. There's no charge per seat and no contract. A practice pays only for what it uses: R4.50 per approved medical scheme claim (a rejected claim is free), R1.90 per benefit check and R0.50 per WhatsApp or SMS to a patient. The practice can cap what it spends. Ava, Practor's AI assistant, listens to a consultation and writes up medical notes, which the practitioner checks and signs. Practor prices each invoice from the practice's tariff, and the practice sends it to the patient or claims it from their medical scheme. Patients book online, get reminders, and see their appointments, invoices and visit notes in the patient portal. Practor's team sets up each new practice and imports its patient list from a spreadsheet.
