As an admin and builder in Practis for my company, I find it incredibly user-friendly for creating and maintaining content within the platform. Often, I’m able to stand something up in a single quick working session, which helps us move fast when needed. It also gives our employees a way to practice with real scenarios and tweak the settings to create more challenging interactions that still feel close to real-life experiences. Overall, this tool has helped employees get up to speed faster, perform higher and is a key part of our onboarding and training for new hires to help simulate the conversations they will have in role. My favorite part of Practis is the sets leading up to the ultimate challenge which is the AI scrimmage. These are challenging in a way that helps improve the associates ability to deal with obstacles that are currently happening or that they can expect tin the future.

Their unique training methodology, called the PRACTIS system, is very in-depth, and they carry it through in both the coach and the overall coaching style. We tried Rilla before, but our sales teams don’t trust the Rilla coaching system because it’s also used for manager reporting. As a result, systems like Rilla and Siro lack the level of trust that’s needed for effective coaching.

I appreciate how Practis brings excitement to training by offering realistic, in-field scenarios. The involvement of staff members like Lisa and Bri makes the platform even more valuable, as they are easy to work with and provide a short turnaround time for changes needed to enhance Practis. They ensure flawless execution and open communication, which is incredibly helpful. Additionally, Practis is very easy to set up, making the experience smooth from the start.
