I'm a hapy user, and disclaimer they offered me a giftcard, but nonetheless I actually really like the software. I' m Dutch, so I'm straightforward. It mostly helps me in staying in touch with my clients, without getting lost between systems.
I prefer their scheduling tool over Calendly, it's way more straightforward.
And they got great UX. I compared like 5 other tools, and they have the smoothest interface, and options.
I love the built-in automation of Practice. They make it super easy to remind clients of meetings and follow up after meetings. I also really like the customized schedulers. And how easy it is to create payment plans.

Practice makes it very easy to keep in touch with clients. You can easily keep client notes, send forms and worksheets, and do everything that the high priced platforms do.
