PostVito is client review and approval software for creative agencies. Send designs, PDFs, videos and website pages on a review page with your agency’s name, logo and colour. Clients don’t need an account: they mark the exact spot, pin video comments to the moment, and approve or ask for changes. Upload revisions as new versions, compare them side by side, and keep a dated record of who approved which version. Website proofing captures pages at desktop and mobile sizes with no script to install. Also includes multiple approvers, approval checklists, client briefs and file requests, feedback-to-tasks, handover links, an approved-files library, and integrations with Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Make and a REST API.
