PostExpert turns a company's own photos into finished Instagram posts. Image selection, caption and hashtags come from the brand context you set up once, the weekly schedule fills itself, and publishing runs through the official Instagram API — automatically, or only after approval. It is built for small businesses without a social media department: trades, restaurants, retail, coaching, and agencies running several client accounts. The difference to a scheduling tool is the division of labour — you upload the photo, not the finished post. What goes out stays the company's decision: every post can be reviewed before it is published. From the Pro plan, the AI answers comments as well. It draws on a knowledge base built from the company website plus details you add yourself, and replies in the language of the question. Anything it does not know, it refers on rather than guesses.
