porteo is transport management and documentation software for road freight companies in Spain. It creates the legally required transport documents (Spanish Documento de Control, national consignment note, eCMR and delivery note) from the transport itself, with every mandatory field. Each party signs from their phone through a link sent by WhatsApp, SMS or email, with no app to install, and every document carries a QR code for roadside inspections. porteo also organizes each transport with its loadings and unloadings, assigns it to your own fleet or to a subcontracted carrier, and lets you track it on the road with GPS. Reports cover punctuality, incidents and CO2 footprint, and a REST API connects porteo with your ERP or TMS.
