The UI looks great, the search/filter is very quick, easy to find the information I need. The ability to easily create custom dashboards was neat. Althoguh using JQ had some learning curve, I liked the help I received from the customer success team. The API documentation was great, the swagger was also very helpful to try endpoints.

I like using blueprints to model everything so it's simpler for us to understand how is everything connected. The action are clearly something that the competition does not have well implemented. Using JQ almost everywere gives us a powerful tool to modify the fields.
