Polyphase WMS is warehouse management software for Shopify sellers who have outgrown spreadsheets but don't need a system that costs thousands a month and takes months to install. Orders flow in from Shopify automatically. Your team picks them on a handheld scanner, following a walking route through the warehouse, and confirms each item by scanning it. At the pack station, every item is scanned again and the parcel weight is checked, so the wrong item doesn't leave the building. Stock levels and fulfilment updates go back to Shopify without anyone retyping them. The Basic plan covers stock across every location, pick faces and replenishment, pack checking, returns with Shopify refunds, stock holds for damaged or quarantined goods, transfers, spreadsheet imports, and role-based access for your team. The Pro plan adds purchase orders and receiving, supplier delivery notices, stock counts, lot and serial number tracking, wave and batch picking, reorder alerts, a task queue that tells each worker what to do next, and warehouse reports. Every customer gets their own separate database, so your data is never mixed with anyone else's, and you can export it at any time. Scanning needs a phone with a scanner attached, or a handheld with one built in.
