PolyBag is a barcode-driven shipping workstation for ecommerce brands and 3PLs shipping 50-2,000+ packages a day. Operators scan a box code, scan each item into the package, and read weight from a connected USB scale before the system will let a shipment go out — catching mis-picks and short-ships before they leave the building, not after a customer complains.
PolyBag compares live rates across USPS, FedEx, and UPS using the customer's own carrier accounts (no markup), then directly prints labels as PDF or ZPL to a local thermal printer. Shipments can be processed one at a time or in bulk batches, with end-of-day USPS scan forms and FedEx/UPS close-out manifests generated automatically.
Orders import from Shopify, Amazon, or a direct connection to MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Addresses can be validated against USPS or Google APIs before shipping. Multi-location and multi-client support lets 3PLs run several brands' shipments — each with its own return address and pack-slip branding — from a single install. Currently in early access.
