Governance Hub is committee and meeting management software for the people who run committees, sub-committees, panels and working groups. It holds a committee's members, meetings, agendas, papers, decisions, actions and referrals in one place, so the record builds itself as work happens. Quorum is calculated live as attendance is recorded, actions carry owners, due dates and priorities, decisions sit in a log that is searchable across every committee, and an item can be referred from one committee to another with its history intact. Governance Hub is built on Microsoft Power Pages and Dataverse and installs into the customer's own Microsoft 365 tenant, so people sign in with the work account they already have, papers stay in the organisation's own SharePoint, and PolicySight hosts nothing and holds no customer data. It fits any organisation that runs committees beneath its board, including councils, NHS trusts, universities, housing associations, charities, regulators and companies.
