Badge access, visitor management for our office and any kind of life safety accountability across our two campuses. Most solutions in this area assumed you were using SAP or Workday. Jay Clouds HiBob integration was a difference. Our HiBob employee records automatically control badge provisioning, visitor check-ins are connected to host employee records. We now have a real emergency headcount capability, for the first time. The interface is simple enough that our office manager started using it in a day without any training.

It's so easy to use. And it's not like learning another program. It just makes it easier to control the complex mess that is my current HR system.
