Podseeker is a solid database and support is fast. However, recently they've revamped the tool and features, which early Lifetime Deal users don't receive access to. For that reason, I had to adjust my rating.

It is the most complete app that I’ve used for podcast booking, from search, to discovery, to tracking.

The program is very intuitive and easy to use. It also provides me with all the information I need to decide whether a podcast is appropriate for my client. I am not technologically savvy and I've tried using another podcast software program but found that it was not intuitive to a pr professional's needs. This program not only is very user friendly it also has outstanding customer service, something which is increasingly rare in this day and age. When I have a question, I receive a response from a human and not a bot. And I always receive a response in a timely fashion.
