PocketESign is electronic signature software using a pay-as-you-go credit model. Users can upload PDFs, place signing fields, and send documents for completion. One credit covers a signing request, regardless of the number of signers, and credits never expire. Recipients can sign without accounts. Credits are reserved when a request is active and consumed upon completion. If a request is cancelled, declined, or expires, the credit returns to the pool. The software supports signatures, initials, text, dates, and checkboxes for multiple signers. Document status tracking includes sent, viewed, and completed stages. Users can send reminders and download completed files with records. Templates save signer roles and field layouts for recurring documents. The platform integrates into existing workflows, not replacing CRM or accounting systems. Security features include server-side credential storage, signed webhook events, and Stripe-hosted checkout for payments.
