Henry is the project delivery platform published by PM SIDE. It covers the whole chain: scheduling, collaboration, workload planning, capacity, time tracking, portfolio management and cross-project links, with no re-entry and no parallel files.
Its design principle fits in one sentence: every feature must first be useful to the person using it daily, and consolidation comes second. Most project management tools made the opposite choice. They equipped the reporting rather than the work that produces it, which is why schedules go stale and capacity plans end up in spreadsheets.
Henry is built for project-intensive organisations (industry, technology, energy, public sector), PMOs, project management offices, portfolio managers, project managers and resource managers. It also addresses mid-sized organisations, already equipped but disappointed, or still steering with spreadsheets.
The product grew out of some forty large-scale engagements and several thousand schedules carried since 2009. It is licensed, and training and support are designed as stepping stones towards autonomy.
