Plumeform is an online survey builder for researchers, product and UX teams, people teams and small businesses. Start from one of 40 ready-made questionnaires or describe the survey you need and get a draft to edit, then choose one of 30 question types, a layout, a theme and your own branding.
Branching, show/hide rules, piping and screening guide each respondent through the questions that apply to them. Share a link, a QR code or an embed on your own site; respondents answer on any phone with no account, in any of 30 languages. The results workspace has live charts, filters, cross-tabs, trend lines, quality flags, a minimum group size for anonymous surveys, AI summaries of written answers, and CSV or Excel exports.
The research pack covers informed consent, attention checks, minimum-time locks, randomisation, screening with quotas enforced on the server, A/B conditions, panel ID capture and completion codes for Prolific and CloudResearch Connect, plus the instruments studies actually use: MaxDiff, conjoint, Kano, Van Westendorp price sensitivity, pairwise comparison, Q-sort, card sorting, click maps, highlighting, five-second tests and reaction-time tasks.
Slack, HubSpot, Google Sheets, signed webhooks and a Results API take each response where your team works. The Free plan is a plan, not a trial: 100 responses a month, unlimited surveys and no card. Pro is $15 per workspace per month ($12 billed yearly) with 10,000 responses a month, up to five team members, the research pack and the integrations.
