PLUBOX is cloud-based property management software for independent teams managing 10 to 1000+ short-term rental properties. It brings reservations, cleaning, staff tasks, payment records, expenses and owner financial information into one workspace. Managers can review availability, arrivals and departures, open booking details and assign work around each stay. Cleaning and property tasks support statuses, photos and notes so employees can report progress, missing items and damage. Role-based access helps managers, staff and property owners work with the information available to them. Channel coordination uses a supported, configured Channex connection for availability, rates, restrictions and incoming reservations, including Airbnb and Booking.com where supported by the setup. Personal guest self check-in pages provide arrival details, instructions and required pre-stay steps. Teams can use PLUBOX on the web and through Android and iOS apps. Optional AI pricing and location monitoring are available with separate charges. Subscription pricing is based on active properties, with a separate setup fee and applicable taxes.
