PlotLevels is a web tool that gives you the ground levels for any plot in Scotland. Pick a plot and it turns open Scottish LiDAR into a site report: terrain, contours, slope and a cut and fill view. You get a PDF report, plus DXF, GeoJSON and GeoTIFF in British National Grid with the CAD pack. There is a free preview with no card required. Aimed at self-builders, architects and designers, plot buyers and land agents. It's a desk study from public data, not a measured survey. Scotland only for now.
