The platform is intuitive, simple to use and easy to learn. I have created videos ranging from 2 to 10 minutes and every time I am happy with the result. There are plenty of templates, stock imagery and audio to choose from and PlayPlay supports integration of my company's own personal branding. It has been easy to implement and any functionality issues are swiftly identified by the online chat team. There is always an option to talk to a 'real' person, which is invaluable. The account managers are lovely and are always informing me of what's in development. I use PlayPlay once or twice a month or more, depending on my content needs. Highly recommended for those who want to create engaging content and avoid lengthy Premiere Pro training.
