Platofy is staff scheduling software built for small restaurants (1–3 locations). Staff send their availability from their phone; you build the week in one click and adjust it by drag and drop before publishing. Overtime is flagged before it happens. Staff swap and pick up shifts with manager approval, clock in on a shared tablet with a PIN or from their phone, and approved hours export straight to payroll (CSV). Includes tasks, revenue and labor-cost %, calendar sync and push notifications. Free plan for one location up to 15 people; Starter $26/mo, Pro $58/mo for up to 3 locations. Try the live demo, no sign-up.
