The system offers a wide range of option and flexibility to fit the need of most company. The system performs well with a high amount of data. The support also allow to feel confident is the system if issues were to arise. The customization also allow to meet unique business need. It is also fairly easy to use and the day to day use is easy to learn.

I use Planful for all FP&A activities, including budget creation, budget vs. actual comparisons, and financial reporting. It's great that Planful solves the issue of having a single source of truth and integrates data to get rid of manual workflows. I think the reporting tool and dynamic planning capabilities in Excel are particularly good and flexible. They help us model the entire gross profit for our business effectively, keeping it organized and making the monthly roll-forward of data very simple. Additionally, Planful has been simple to use, acting as great partners who are both responsive and well-organized during setup. I value that Planful does everything I need in an FP&A tool, and they block and tackle well.

I like the clean and easy-to-use user interface, especially as a financially minded person. The continuous improvements are definitely a plus, and I really appreciate the customization options that allow formatting like an Excel workbook without being stuck to static workbooks. The customization of hierarchies with attributes and roll-up nodes is another feature I like, which isn't available in our current accounting software.
