Placepoint is a property data platform for Norway and Sweden. Most property decisions start with 20 lookups across separate registers: cadastre, land register, zoning plans, ownership and market data. We collect, normalise and quality-check those registers and join them per property, so you get the answer in one lookup. Every answer shows its source and date. The data covers 3.5 million cadastral units in Norway and 4.2 million properties in Sweden, with owners, companies, tenants and municipal cases linked together. The map holds around 2,500 layers from about 190 map services, including flood, quick clay, noise, energy ratings and ground conditions. You use the data where you work: - Fusion is the web app with map, property panel, search, analysis, reports and 3D. - The Placepoint API delivers the same data to your own systems and models. - Placepoint AI lets you ask about property in Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio or ChatGPT, with answers from the same sources. - Placepoint Leads finds companies that are about to move, for landlords and commercial brokers. Property owners keep their portfolio up to date and get alerts when something changes. Developers read zoning, ground conditions and ownership before they commit to a site. Brokers find mandates and buyers. Banks and insurers pull property and risk data straight into their credit and risk models. Over 950 customers and 6,500 users work with Placepoint today. We have offices in Oslo and Stockholm.
