PixelTakeoff is desktop construction takeoff software for estimators and quantity surveyors. It turns PDF drawings into precise, priceable quantities: areas, linear runs and counts, exported straight to a bill of quantities. The workflow is built for speed. One click fills a whole area instead of tracing it point by point. Linear runs are traced automatically, including dashed and dotted lines, and repetitive symbols such as doors, outlets and fixtures are counted for you. A 3D plan view turns flat drawings into an interactive model, and a bill of quantities comparison maps measured quantities against a project BOQ with live variance indicators. Every measurement stays fully editable, so you confirm the numbers rather than trust a black box. What sets PixelTakeoff apart is a proprietary measurement engine that is deterministic by design: measure the same drawing twice and you get the same result. Estimators spend their time reviewing quantities, not correcting an AI's guesses.
